How to Use an All-In-One Grow Bag

1. Inoculate Your Bag
   Clean the injection port with alcohol. Insert your spore or liquid culture syringe and inject 2–3cc. (This is how you inoculate an all-in-one grow bag.)
   

2. Colonization Phase
   Store your bag at room temp (65–72°F). Over 2–4 weeks, the mycelium will spread through the grain. Spore syringes take about 3–4 weeks, while liquid culture is faster (2–3 weeks).
   

3. When to Mix Your Grow Bag
    Once the grain is fully colonized (solid white), it’s time to “break and shake” — massage the colonized grain into the substrate so it can colonize evenly.
   

4. When to Fruit Your All-In-One Bag
    After mixing, wait until the bag is 100% colonized again (2–3 weeks). At this point, stand or hang the bag so it gets indirect light and airflow through the filter patch. That’s when fruiting begins.
